Finally

I created this account a while back for use on a blog created by my teacher, as kind of an E-Classroom. It was pretty great, so I have decided to start using it for it's actual purpose, blogging. I am not particularly interested in blogging, more ranting really, although I do occasionally like to share some of the details of my life or day. I use Tumblr, but that is purely for rants, so I think I will actually share some of those little details on Blogger. It just seems without reason to me, unless you live a super interesting life, which then makes this system somewhat biased for people who don't, but like Blogging anyway. In any case, I am Mickenzy. I live in Jay, Maine, that in itself should tell you one thing: My life is boring. Most of what I do involves going to the occasional party if I get invited (Which is rather rare) and schools dances, other than that, I sit at home and watch Lost and play on the computer. What else is there to do? Go Snowmobiling I suppose, but I don't have a snowmobile. If I am up to it I hunt occasionally though. I do have a very large family that loves to pack as many gatherings into a year as they can though. We have a Thanksgiving Get-Together, a Christmas Get-Together, a Family Reunion during the summer, and a sledding party not long after the Christmas Get-Together. I am sure there would be more, we just haven't thought up a reason to have another one yet.

A little bit more about me though. I do pretty well in school, I am in 10th grade and my lowest grade at this point is an 80 in Algebra II. I recently found out that I got 171 on the PSATs (add a zero for the SAT equivalent, 1710) which I am told is pretty darn good. A lot of people how smart I am, and I guess I am smart, but most of my smarts is really just useless nonsense that nobody really needs to know, I am good a Millionaire and Jeopardy though. My favorite subject is History, or Social Studies in general. I already have a pretty good idea of what I want to be when I am older, I have narrowed it down to three option: Anthropologist, Nuclear Engineer, or NSA Cryptologist. All very different profession, I know, but they are all things that interest me to a certain degree, Anthropology being the most interesting. I ran for class Vice-President last year, but because it is a popularity contest and has nothing to do with who might actually do a better job, I didn't get it because I don't have very many friends. It is kind of my own fault I don't have many friends though, I can be kind of annoying or just plain strange at times. In the end though, I am happy with my life.
